Generators Still Off Every Morning?

Weather looks great the rest of this week.  A warm up Friday, and slight chances of rain Saturday,  Sunday and Monday.  Temperatures in the low 80s early in the week and them upper 70s Wednesday.

No change in the generation schedule.  Off during the morning hours and then two generators coming on at 1:00 or later.  Off almost all day during the weekend.

Wish I could say that the oxygen level has improved, but it hasn’t.  Need for the lake to turn which will probably be a while.

Carolyn on the water last Thursday with Bobby and his father, Bob.  Fun day for these guys catching on the Ruby 2 midge and an oregon cheese egg pattern.

Saturday, Dana took Brian and Ray from Oklahoma out for the morning.  Good day for these guys stripping an olive wooly bugger.

Dana took Ron and his grandson Kellen out Sunday.  They caught fish on the olive wooly bugger and the black copperhead midge.  Tiffany her husband Alex fished with Carolyn.  Tiffany is due any day now and can hardly wait to bring Jack to fish with us.  Good day on the Ruby 2 midge and oregon cheese egg pattern.

Jim had Tom from Kansas on the water Monday.  JQ streamer was their ticket.  Melanie and Priscilla fished with Dana.

Doc and 20″ Rainbow – 9/17/24

Tuesday, Carolyn took Doc and his friend Brian from Oklahoma out for half a day.  Doc is 91 years old and has been fishing with River Run for 26 years.  Every year he said this will probably be his last trip.  We are glad to say he keeps making it every year and we hope he can continue to come and fish with us!  His catch of the day was a beautiful 20 inch male rainbow.  Best fly for both of them was the Ruby 2 midge.
