Awesome Weather!!!

The weather has been absolutely wonderful the past several days.  Mornings in the 40-50s, and the days in the upper 70s or low 80s.  Clear skies and sunshine!  It will warm up a bit over the next several days.  Looks like days will be in the mid to upper 80s.  Slight chances for rain Thursday and a little better chances on Friday.

Generation schedule continues to be off during the morning hours and coming on around noon or after.  Off almost all day this past Saturday (on for one hour late in the afternoon) and all day Sunday.

Dana on the water a week ago this past Thursday with Spencer from Texas.  Good day for them on an olive wooly bugger.  Water came on that day early, so they moved upstream to drift but the flow killed the action.

Carolyn had Don and John on the water last Wednesday.  It was one of those early on water days again.  They had a good day on the ruby 2 midge and after the water came on it was an olive bug-eyed bugger with a holographic green crackleback or a cerise San Juan worm under the big ruby.

Friday, Don and John when out with Dana.  Another good day for these guys on the Ruby 2 midge.

Evan – 9/7/24

Carolyn had Evan out Saturday.  Fun day on the P&P midge and stripping the bug-eyed bugger.

John and Brian celebrated Brian’s birthday on the water with Dana Sunday.  Great day for them stripping a holographic green crackleback and olive wooly bugger.  Dan from Kansas was fishing with Carolyn.  He’s heading to Wyoming soon and wanted to get a refresher on how and what to do.  Worked a lot on nymph style fishing and caught fish mainly on the P&P midge.
