Sun is shining, the birds are singing and the flood gates are off.  Turned the gates off this morning around 9:00 a.m.  Flow rate dropped from over 11,500 cfs to about 8000 cfs, and the tailwater level dropped from 711.2 to 708.0.  Now, no more rain for a while!
